Santa Barbara Cookie Company was recently featured in article in Santa Barbara City College's newspaper (The Channels). The article was written by Serena Geuntz, and photos were taken by Desiree Erdmann. Serena did most of the interview with me on the cafeteria patio at City College, then she and Desiree came out to our kitchen to take photos and see the process first hand.
